ING Software Engineer interview questions

Very bad experience! I applied online and was very quickly contacted by recruiter. He sent me the codility test which I passed easily to 100%. Then he redirected me to some person. I waited for a week and then contacted her myself. She even didn't introduce herself nor explained the process. Just sent invite for the first interview. Apparently it was a technical interview. I passed it and she scheduled another one. Couple of days before she canceled saying she will reschedule. 1 hour before the next interview she asked if I completed a test assignment. But she never sent it to me and I didn't know about that. So interview was canceled. Then I got an assignment. But it was for a different position! I asked about that and finally got the correct one. Completed it and she scheduled another interview. Day before she again rescheduled it without any explanation. Then 10 minutes before she canceled it saying she will reschedule. I'm not sure what is going on there but this experience was awful. They don't explain the process. They don't give time slots options for the interview - just send an invite. They don't match positions with candidates. They cancel and reschedule interviews randomly. In the end I decided not to continue.

1 round with HR, 1 hackerrank test, 2 technical rounds and 1 personality round. The negative part for me is that I got the feedback that interview was positive but they are not hiring people from outside of Netherlands. They should be knowing this before the start of interview process.
