IQVIA Asociate Consultant interview questions

The interview process with the hiring managers went well; they were professional, engaging, and thorough in their approach. However, the experience with the HR team was disappointing, as they were quite unresponsive. Despite reaching out for updates or clarification, there was a noticeable lack of communication, which made the process less seamless and created unnecessary delays or uncertainties.

1. HR Screening over phone call 2. 1 hour round divided into 2 sections of 30 mins each. First 30 minutes was for a market sizing case study, had to find the Band Aid market in USA, Next 30 minutes was behavioral round , asked questions like Tell me about your self, work experience, leadership skills, why consulting , why this team , how do you handle pressure/conflict
