IQVIA Consultant interview questions

An incredibly lengthy interview process with little information as to what you will be doing in the 6 hours. 2- 1 hour behaviour interviews, basic stuff trying to understand who you are and how you work with others. they want you to be authoritative but also compliant. communication is key 15 minute writing test - write an email about changing a study protocol to a client hour long analysis interview - figure out what's wrong with a graph etc. and forecast revenue over 3 years of a drug. then a group interview - develop study protocol to determine effeciency of adrug. they were all very unproffesional. would not recommend. they take you in for 6 hours, don't let you sit by yourself. no breaks apart from lunch. if you keep someone in for that long you better have the courtesy to send an email rejection if the interview didn't go well. they just completely ghosted.
