I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Phone screen, followed by on-site round. This was my first experience with a case interview, so the process was fairly challenging. I would recommend significant preparation. Over all the impression I got was good. the interviewers were fair and provided clear answers about their experiences at the company.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (Reading, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
One online test which was like a mini GMAT, followed by one individual interview over the phone. Upon passing these parts I was flown to Reading, UK for 3 interviews (1 behavioural, 1 case, 1 where I was given data to present). After the in-person interview, I also had a one-hour call with the Senior Partner in London. While I was given very positive feedback, they said that they miscalculated their headcount and could not offer me a role, though they might be able to in 6 months time. I did enjoy the company, but was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism. Feedback from interviews could take weeks. A company with this reputation should have better resource forecasting. I wasted 3 months stressing about the role only to be given a "no", not because I did not perform well, but because IQVIA had not done their due diligence on their resourcing requirements.
