Initial interview was with the recruiter with the typical recruitment questions, this was followed by numerical and verbal assessments, then interview with Principal regarding relevance of previous work experience, followed up by business case study assessments.
Lengthy and uncoordinated. The conversations with the recruiter were pleasant but no follow up for months and ignoring my messages, emails and calls. Then they reappeared in a couple of months without any explanation and apologies and after next round again quiet for months. Overall it took around half a year to get an offer.

Interview
The process is intermediate with respect to difficulty levels, that includes an easy HR round, followed by an moderately easy aptitude test round. This is followed by a technical round with respect to the profile in which one wants to apply and finally an interview round with the senior management of the profile and the site director. This process is basically followed for an experienced person.
For someone who is a fresher and is applying for an external consultant's role, the process is simple with respect to the kind of questions in the technical round, basic knowledge of the domain and industry is enough.
