I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IQVIA in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was very good. everyone was very nice and it was done in an efficient manner. They were also nice when they rejected me and offered me advice.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at IQVIA (East Cambridge, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interviews have two rounds. First round is phone interview with fit and case. Second round has multiple people. They either do case or for with you not both. The interviewers are really nice and I felt relaxed when doing it.
HOWEVER, the recruiting specialist (don’t want to disclose her name but I know she covers Boston, NY recruiting) sucks. She rarely replied email and never delivered the thing she promised, like getting back to you in 2 days and ended up never respond until you asked her 3 more times... she is the biggest reason I declined the offer. It is a shame that all the staff are nice. Every one I know of experienced the same issue.
