IQVIA Statistical Programmer interview questions

First stage is telephone interview with an internal recruiter. She didn’t sound very interested in me and I even felt a little negative about this stage. By surprise after 2 weeks, I was invited for second stage Skype interview. There were two parts. First was technical interview with a Programmer and a Biostatistician. Second stage was an “informal” chat with one of the managers. Technical questions were nothing too hard, just general SAS questions. Also I was asked quite a lot of situation based questions on my experiences. Second part with the manager was more of an informal chat.

First phase: online portal used, very simple process, but the application kept messing up at the end when I wanted to submit my resume and cover letter. Otherwise it was a simple interview
