I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
My experience with Indeed was great except for one person, who I'm not sure was qualified or competent enough to interview candidates.
I had two screening calls, then an in-person interview with two account directors. Both were pleasant, but as the interview proceeded, it became clear that one of them wasn't qualified to be anywhere near the internet business. I actually had to explain to this person how an e-commerce business works. I'd had a great experience with Indeed until this point, but it was a clear indicator that their hiring process itself had some issues. The interview took a negative turn from that point on. The director kept interrupting me and had clearly decided he didn't like me.
The other thing I was told is that I don't have experience with a short sales cycle. I had experience with selling products upward of $10,000. The sales cycle of big-ticket products is naturally longer than one phone call, which is what they were looking for. It's nothing that an experienced candidate with big-ticket sales experience can't adapt to.
Overall a great experience, but I think there were inconsistencies in their hiring process which became evident as time went on. I was disappointed to not receive an offer, as I liked the company, the people and the product itself.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2018
Interview
It consisted of two phone calls and an onsite interview in my case. The first call was with their own in house recruiter, the second with what I understood to be another recruiter who was taking care of this role and who gave a typical screening interview for 20 - 30 minutes.
The final on site component of the interview was where I felt the company let themselves down.
The interview was held by two team leaders, one came across quite affable and the other intimidating, perhaps a deliberate set up, regardless it felt like a bit of dated approach to have one grilling and the other jumping in to move things along.
There was a sales pitch or roleplay as part of the process, I was actually given a brief on what type of questions they would ask during it and what the best approach was to take during it which I found self defeating.
In general the experience was bad as I expected a lot more discussion relevant to role and how I might fit rather than a hard line on how much I valued working towards KPI's and "where did I see myself in 5 years" with the bad cop staring me down.
It felt like an interview for a low rate call center from 20 years ago.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2018
Interview
First interview with recruiter, 40 minutes. Focus on going through my CV, and checking whether there is a fit of my experience with Indeed needs.
Second interview with 2 Sales Directors. Major part was about understanding my CV and my motivation to join Indeed as Account Executive. 6-7 minutes was Sales scenario role play, where I was acting as Indeed Account Executive doing the actual sale.
