I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview process started with a phone call from the recruitment department within a few days of sending CV. Here we had an open conversation about my experience to date and why I wanted to be further considered by Indeed.
Once I got through this I was interviewed face to face by a sales director and Team lead.
Here we again discussed my background, career goals and future.
After this we did a sales simulation which was given to me before the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (San Mateo, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
First I had a phone interview, then a Skype interview with 4 different people, finally I was asked to come into the office. I lived out of state so I had to schedule a time to fly out there and they were very accommodating. The recruited called me a couple times to tell me exactly how the interview would go, what questions they would ask and what responses they were looking for. They were very friendly when I came in for my interview, showed me around the office, and gave me a swag bag. I met with a couple more people, a more informal interview. & finally I skyped with the manager for my final interview, which I found kind of annoying since I flew there and could have skyped at home. I did a role call of companies and pitching to them why they should pay to post on indeed. Finally we just had a conversation about myself and the ideal candidate. Basically he was coaching me on what to say but it just was not what I was looking for in a job.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
After a networking session, i have been called to get a interview with 2 sales directors.
Good overall interview and a role play was required.
Not really a problem but they focused too much about what i knew about the company instead of what I could bring to it.
I wasn't good that day but too themselves focused
