I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Interview process was fast, lightning fast! I expressed an interest in the role and within 40 minutes I had a call with one of their Sales Directors. Very friendly chat, getting to know my personality over the phone it seemed.
I was then setup with a call with the Talent Acquisition Team, this happened almost immediately aswell, it was the end of the same day.
I was then invited to Interview at Indeed. Again, super friendly, be sure to smile as you won't see many people frowning. I was welcomed with a welcome pack consisting of a pen, paper and a nice looking mug!
I was brought into a room and told the interviewers would be with me shortly. Be prepared for any question, and be prepared to answer questions on your current role, previous experience.
After the formal interview I had to do a mock sales call, I used BANT, it's only 10 minutes long which is a very very short BANT call. I had been given a sales scenario previous to the interview but this was scrapped last minute and I was given a new one (I am not sure why this was, maybe to see how I handled under stress).
Once the call was over I was given two very different forms of feedback, one was good, one was bad, again, not sure if this was on purpose or legitimate, I made sure to write down the weak points both interviewers were telling me and asking follow up questions on how I could get better in this area should I not get the job!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
Very easy and three steps.
1. Quick call from the recruiter
2. Brought in to interview with 3 directors
3. Skype interview with Sr. Director.
After this I was called and told that they were offering me a job. Then the next day I received my offer letter and accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2015
Interview
Tough interview where you have to play out a sales sim in front of a minimum of 2 managers to their liking , this is in place to make sure you are the right fit. They then make you take a call with their senior before you get an offer. Tough enough to get through but im sure this is just to make sure the right people work here
