I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in May 2021
Interview
1 hour screening phone call with HR. We discussed my background, what am I looking for in a company, salary expectations, etc. Was a very pleasant and relaxed conversation, HR told me they were impressed with my background and interested in my profile and if I was at any other process at the moment.
I was told I'd receive feedback in the following two days , a week passed and nothing so I reached out by email, another week passed and still noting. For a company with a mission of "helping people find jobs" it is very disappointing that you ghost candidates.

Interview
I did their online hiring event. To get in I answered a few screener questions and then was allowed to select a time for the online hiring event. I was interviewed by one manager who told me I would hear back from them in about one week. By the end of the week, I was told an offer was being drafted for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Tell me about how you handled a difficult client?
Q: What does a good manager look like to you?
1. A phone call with a recruiter
2. Had to complete 2 assessments
3. A zoom interview with two members of the client service department.
4. Zoom interview with Director of Client Services
*** I did not get an offer after 4 interviews and 2 assessments. I am not upset about that as that happens everyday all over the world. However, when I was rejected a voice mail was left for me encouraging me to apply for jobs on the east coast. The job I applied to was in California and I was back on the east coast for the time being as I was unemployed and did not want to return to California until I would have been required to physically be in the office (post covid). Everyone in the interview process was aware of this and said it was okay. I believe address discrimination occurred here and is uncalled for. How dare you waste everyone's time after I specifically stated I was currently on the east coast and would return to California when required to be in the office. The audacity to specifically encourage applying for jobs on the east coast is mind boggling. STOP with the address discrimination.!!!!
