They asked me about my past experience and how I could help the company. Open conversation, not like an interrogation. Asked questions that made me think on my answer. You really need to come prepared and talk about how you would positively benefit the company.

Interview
It was a positive and transparent interview process. I felt encouraged to ask genuine questions and cared for throughout the entire process. Everyone from the recruiter to the interviewing managers were kind and respectful.

Interview
It was a video interview, which took about 15 minutes after half an hour of waiting. It turned out to be more of screening rather than an actual interview. The interviewer was super nice and told me that I seem to fit the requirements. She gave me a timeframe for the next steps, which never happened (a week later I got a rejection email).
