I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2019
Interview
Very straight forward process that consists of 4 stages. The first stage is a phone interview which lasts about 30-45 minutes depending. The recruiter I dealt with was amazing and really helpful and put me at ease. Simple basic questions about your CV, experience, Indeed and why you want to apply - know your stuff! The second stage is an online assessment. The recruiter mentions the type of questions you will answer here. Practice for this and you'll pass no problem. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview in the Indeed office. I prepared a lot for this, PowerPoint etc. The questions follow SMART format and are fairly easy once you know your stuff. Also ask about Indeed and their products and how they work etc. They don't actively look to catch you out but the questions can become tricky if you don't prepare. Up until this point the experience was amazing. Before the interview I was shown the offices, given more insights about the office culture and Indeed.
After this the communication completely broke down. For a week I heard nothing, which is normal for most interviews. I sent a follow up email to both HR and the recruiter and never got a response. Nearly 2 weeks later I received a call to tell me the managers were so happy with my interview and that I would be great addition however I didn't have enough experience dealing with clients.
Overall it was a great experience and up until the last point I felt I was kept within the loop and updated constantly. I found their feedback to be odd as I had experience dealing with clients at that level before but I take it other candidates held more experience. Its still a company I would be more than happy to apply to again though based on their values and how they operate.

Interview
Very laid back but serious. I did not feel judged or over evaluated but it wasn't like having a conversation over a beer. They would give you a scenario that is often part of the day to day and then they would ask you how you would handle that scenario.
