I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed in Apr 2022
Interview
The engineer from Karat did a very good job of setting the stage in terms of expectations and possible outcomes prior to the interview. The interview process was also very smooth and the questions fair in accessing one's programming ability. The interview was borderline average-difficult, but it was an overall fair process.

Question 1
1st round was made of 6 questions from a list of various topics. You could select 2 of the proposed topics from which your 6 questions would be picked. Some of the topics include production issues, Object-Oriented Programming, and Testing. Just review the basics and you should be good to go.
The 2nd part consisted of the usual algorithm questions/puzzles. Here again just practicing problem-solving on HackerRank, LeetCode, etc. should prepare you for this interview

Interview
A really enjoyable interview process, met with different levels of the team I would have worked with. All done remotely and was able to fit around my schedule too and a great overall experience

Question 1
How would I describe the interview to someone from the past.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online and one of the talent acquisition managers got in touch. We spoke on the phone.
Chat went very well and they were supposed to speak with the hiring manager to decide on next steps.
It was a no.
I like Indeed's mission extremely much though, so I tried to remain in touch with them and also connected with some other talent acquisition managers from Indeed to see if there would be any other roles that they believed would be more suitable. I would have thought [and hoped] that their slogan "I help people get jobs" is something that they really live by. Unfortunately, not even one of them was open to having a 5-10 minutes chat to discuss my experience and see if there could be a match with any of the open roles. The most I've gotten was a link to their careers page and was advised to apply there...
