It was kinda of lengthy m. 1 initial phone call that was 30 min. Followed by three more rounds with different people - 2 hours overall. No hard questions, they really want to see your true personality
Very informal interview process. I felt like I was applying to join a college frat. While I was dressed business casual (shirt and tie) for the video zoom portion of the interview the manager was in a white tee and baseball cap and chewing gum. That was a major turn off for me. While the process was long (intro with recruiter, interview with 2sr managers and director) I feel like I got a good understanding of the day to day and responsibilities of the role. The recruiter did not provide detailed feedback as to why they did not choose me for the role and only follows up with a rejection email. Being a tech company that takes pride in helping people get jobs I feel like they fail and having a positive candidate experience with their own organization.
