I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Jun 2020
Interview
Screening call - recruiter was unenthusiastic and had bad wifi connection. Job description link was taken down before the call but they asked me to reference it - just kind of messy.

I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a very "human" conversation with him. He was very friendly and I was left with a good feeling. The recruiter told me that I would have an assessment that I would need to finish within 24-48 hours. I was nervous about it but it was pretty easy. There was a typing test and then an aptitude test.
Typing Test- Typical typing test where you have to type the paragraph that is on the the screen and the clock stops when you are done typing it out.
I was so nervous that I couldn't get my hands to stop shaking. I usually hit 44-50 wpm and my score was way lower.
Aptitude Test- Mostly multiple choice, tests your problem solving skills, your attention to detail and some scenario questions.
After passing the assessment, I had a two part interview with the managers and then the director of the department. And again, I could not stop shaking and couldn't help my nerves when speaking with the managers but I got through it someway or another. I had a way easier time with the director who hopped on the zoom call after a few minutes. The questions were mostly the same for both but the managers asked more in depth questions. Now, I'm just waiting to see if get an offer or not.
My advice: Stay calm, be yourself and don't stress yourself out too much. You will be fine as long as you know what's on your resume and make sure you know the job description . Check out some of the youtube videos about Indeed, as well to get an idea of the culture.
But again don't stress yourself out!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview was good; a lot of questions on sales and my experience pertaining to selling services to clients.
I think they're looking for individuals that have experience in representing Indeed to other companies as a platform for them to post their job roles.
