I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed in Jan 2019

The role was explained to me, how they work.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
2 x telephone interviews + 1 face to face in London
I was told the train travel expenses would be paid within 3-4 weeks. I had to chase a login to the complicated claims system 5 times. 10 weeks later I'm still waiting. Thankfully I went and got a better job! The recruiter in HR was nice but his inexperience meant I went in there too relaxed and under prepared.
Yes...maybe I'm slightly bitter I missed out on a New York induction but my biggest dissapointment here is that they owe me money! "Hey...we are the biggest recruitment business in the world".......but they can't be bothered to give you money they owe you. Poor!

Question 1
No set format. Seemed too relaxed and underprepared from their part. Did not follow the brief I was sent before hand.
The company was not transparent. They told me I'd be a great fit at Indeed, but did not give me another interview. I would not recommend dealing with a company that is not honest with their employees and doesn't hire the best candidates.
