I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2018
Interview
The screening call with HR was very good. The in-person interview was with a senior employee and the sales manager who was VERY high energy to the point where it was comical and came off kind of fake. I guess to be able to make 70-100 calls a day you need to be a blabbering bobbing head. The sales manager said HR would get in touch whether positive or negative once a decision was made. That was in November and we are at the end of February. I guess they were too busy making their 70 daily calls.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
A presentation about the company, followed by an interview panel. There were 8 people applying for the same position. Dress is business casual and everyone you encounter is very kind and helpful.

Question 1
How do you handle an unstructured work enviornment?
Got a hw assignment. Wasted 4 hours to do it. It was a complete waste of time. As, they dont even bother to give any feedback. HR is very unprofessional, rescheduled my interview twice saying he forgot.
