I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Singapur) in Nov 2018
Interview
Process:
- Recruiter Phone Screening
- Take Home Technical assigment
- Video Hiring Manager Technical interview
- On-Site full-day interviews: Math/Statistics, Management, Machine Learning, Data Science,
Software engineering, Resume Deep Dive.
Very challenging and intense process (especially the on-site). Indeed invest a lot in employee recruitment and require that you master almost every subjects
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2018
Interview
After I applied with employee referal
1st call : to know your motivation and background
2nd call: to know the same
1st interview on site : exemples on situations, why Indeed, experience, background, KPI, skills, products knowledges etc
2nd interview : did not happen cause whatever your answers were they knew already who to choose. Interviewer was smiling all along the interview, pretending I was great, asking tricky questions, being friendly, seemed satisfied with me. No offer was given cause on 1 example I was not " considering TL opinion on one of my initiative. " As well I've been asked " how do you see yourself in 2 years ?" I said : " as an account manager dealing with bigger accounts " " we don't have that kind of positions". Should have I said " I wanna be stuck in the same position 5 years". Indeed spend a lot of money pretending they are great. It's indecent. Find another company. No future, just *******
