I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
I Submitted online application and was contacted approximately 3 weeks later by email for a phone screen. I booked a time via via the recruiters schedule and was contacted at the time scheduled.
During the phone screening we discussed my background and relevant experience to the position I was applying for and went over my background and interest in the position. This went well and the recruiter advised me that she liked my background. After this the recruiter asked me for my availability for an in person interview and advised that she was sending over writing sample email that day. She stressed the urgency of getting this completed as soon as possible as to not delay the interview process. The recruiter even advised to contact her back if I had any additional questions.
After a day of not receiving the email I contacted the recruiter to advise via email and was never contacted back. I waited a few days and called the recruiter and never heard back. I still have not heard back from the recruiter via phone or email over a week later. I’m not even sure if this was even a real opportunity. Very sketchy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell me how your experience relates to the position? Ok
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone screening, basic enough expecting STAR answers. 2 x F2F interviews. Interview asked to go through CV and explain where i excelled in each role and how that may be applicable to the role i was interviewing for. Asked specifically "what are of sales do you need to develop," this is to see where they can help or train you. The first interview included a role play where the merchant was rude, dismissive, aggressive and wanted to get you off the phone within 60 seconds. While i understand the point of all questions asked, some of them were ridiculous and clearly from internally promoted sales people/directors and not a member of their HR team. Extremely "different" approach and felt highly unprofessional. I had made my mind up to reject any offer they made to me after this experience and told my Employee Reference this too. Whether they communicated this back or not, i did not receive an offer anyway.

Question 1
Do you think you're a better sales person than Jordan Belfort and why? (Seriously, i was asked this)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2018
Interview
4 interviews back to back basically all the same except one has a role play sales call. It takes about 4 hours. They will ask you what your weaknesses are and where you can improve and then use those exact reasons for why they will not hire you. One of the interviewers sat and sipped coffee the entire interview, never putting the cup down. The other video interviewer said I failed my cold call because at the end I asked if the customer had any other questions. bottom line I don't think they had any interest because I am not a millennial. If you are over 45 don't waste your time.
