Applied online from Indeed and received called from Recruiter in one week and arrange the called with the Hiring Manager for one hour technical interview over Google hangout. The interview went well with series of technical questions and coding test over the call. But the Hiring Manager rejected me over the call itself as they were looking for someone with more than 5 years of experience.

Question 1
Ask me to change the code such that the time complexity of the code is reduced?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018
Interview
First, they gave full sales pitch of the company and then had breakfast. The first thing in the day is the programming test, gave us machines and asked to finish a task. The code is not hard but I need more time to get used to the Ubuntu and set up the things so they work as expected.

Question 1
Gave me eclipse on an Ubuntu machine, could not get that working.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Helsinki, Südfinnland) in Aug 2018
Interview
First two telephone interviews were with recruiters -- pre-screening.
Two other interviews were with the team: (1) Engineering manager interview and (2) technical (programming) interview.
The process began by a recruiter reaching out, recognising my work in open source and public presentations. It then proceeded with two phone interviews where I could ask as many questions as I wanted, which was very smooth. After that there was a question on whether I have U.S. visa or citizenship to which I said no and that I'd need a visa. The decision then was to move the conversation towards other offices. I picked Japan.
Two other interviews were with the team -- Engineering managers and a developer.
