Interview
Insulting experience! it was supposed to be 2 skype calls then 1 onsite. I was apparently "rejected" during the very first call, it was not even coding. I was senior/lead level interviewing for mid-level, the job was an exact match, not to mention i had other competitive senior/lead level offers already. I understand not every person gets every job despite qualifications. But nothing more insulting to be thrown away the very first phone call during a non-coding interview when the position and experience were good matches.

Interview
Initially had a phone interview with the internal recruiter. Next step was a Skype call with the hiring manager. She looked like she literally just rolled out of bed (wet hair, sweat pants, etc.). She asked questions regarding the job and when I gave specific answers she said they were great ideas and wrote them down for her own use. Manager and majority of team are new and she implied that there was higher turnover in the organization.

Interview
Phone call with recruiter. Talked about the role and the team. Then a case assignment with about 10 questions related to predicting salary based on categorical and numerical features. After a couple of days of submitting my solution, I received a rejection note with no feedback about solutions. So this basically shows how they really treat people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given a set of categorical attributes (Job Type, Degree, Major, Company, Industry) and a few numerical features, develop a model to predict the salary. They asked to answer about 10 questions related to assignment.
