I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter From indeed for a position of Account executive UK market.
She scheduled a Phone Screen and already called me late.
I was asking what is my native language and if I will be comfortable in work in English I reply that previously I worked in English Market
she told me
Well it would be better if you apply for your native language which I applied but never called me
She told me that some other person will contact me and left me in the limbo never heard again
But the bizarre thing is that many ex colleague of mine that did the same job as me are working there and I was not qualified they talk about diversity, respect yes nice words but the reality is that they don't care of people
I have to admit after 7 Years in this country I think that in the interviews what it really counts it is not your skill or your willing to do to learn your honesty and integrity , it is just matter of Lucky and if they like you or not you can be the best person but no they usually prefer the person that stay in the company for just few months instead to give a chance to someone who will love to work in the company and working hard.
On this stage the only thing I hope it is that EU will finish soon and I would love to see this ppl crash so bad we foreigner come here not for the Guinness or landscape we come here because the majority are desperate and without future in our country and this arrogant ppl treat us like slave.
There is a new Sheriff in town and things are going to change soon this will be the year that this EU finish and we the Forgotten people will decide in the election even if we are not "qualified"
