Indeed interview questions

First a phone interview with a recruiter to go over my resume and more basic questions. It lasted about 30 minutes long. I was approved by the recruiter to continue to an interview with the managing director of the department I applied to, the interview was via skype and lasted about an hour. The questions in the second interview were much more specific to the job and the department. After the second interview the director told me the recruiter would follow up with me but this never happened. I contacted the recruiter twice over a two week period before I finally received feedback.

The recruiter sent an initial email for a screening call and I responded so she sent a calendar invite. I waited for the call for 30 minutes and did not receive one. I then checked my email to find that the recruiter had moved the call to later in the day without any message or apology. This was about 40 minutes after the call was supposed to start. I wasn't available at the rescheduled time so I emailed the recruiter who again didn't send a message but simply moved the calendar invite. When I finally got on a call with the recruiter, she seemed completely disinterested and detached. I did not pursue the job opportunity.
