I was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule a phone interview. I was happy and excited at the prospect of working for indeed as I used the website often in my job search. After speaking about the opportunity to the recruiter and asking them about the reviews on glassdoor, I was turned off by their answer. I asked about attrition rate and the poor the reviews on glassdoor, they responded, "As with any sales job, there is going to be attrition (understandable)." Regarding the reviews on glassdoor, they danced around the poor reviews stating they did have hardships and have addressed the issue of unhappy employees, lack of career growth and false sense of income earnings by streamlining the career growth path this year.
