The interview process consists of an initial phone screen with the HR recruiter. Following you're then invited into the office for a little network mingling session. This offers you the opportunity to meet and talk with the employees and direct managers. Following you will be invited back for an in person interview with all team sales managers. Should they be interested and you make it to the next round of the interview process, you will then be asked to create a web presentation regarding the product and selling it to a mock company. From there, the next stage is a phone call with the Regional Vice President of Sales. Then offers are made.
