1st round - phone screen
2nd round - in person w/ 3 sales directors
3rd round - phone w/ senior sales director
4th round - in person presentation w/ 3 sales directors + senior sales director
They were very professional and very quick with feedback after each round. The only thing that didn't make sense was that they make you do an in person presentation for an inside sales job where you sell over the phone.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
The phone interview was great and I was offered a face-to-face interview. I met with about 4 managers and they asked me really stupid questions that had nothing to do with my background, my passion, my skill sets...it was weird. Also, I noticed few women on the sales floor and I did not see any diversity (black, hispanic, etc) on the sales floor.

Question 1
A boys club. I would say 90% of the sales team are men and 10% are women. The management team is all white. I did not see one person of color on the sales floor or as part of the management team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2012
Interview
Planning with the recruiter went well. Good feedback and fast response. Got an interview within a few days.
Went over to the office, well prepped, sat down and had the weirdest interview ever!!! The "Sales Director" sat down with his feet on the table, was yawning, picking his nose and was not worthy of the title "director". I try to imagine what his face to face appointments with clients looked like....but rather not. Perhaps I amazed him a bit with my knowledge of the recruitment industry. You can imagine that I would never want to work for a person like that.
Was suppose to have another interview straight away with the VP only to hear he was in a call and can't make it???
Best of luck hiring call center agents!
