They are looking for someone to be an aggressive sales person. You have to show your aggressiveness during the interview, and close with each person that interviews you.
Know what they do, and how they make money. The managers like to hear that.

Question 1
Dont remember it exactly..but sth like if you are given a very large sorted int array then check of there exists a pair whose sum is equal to the two parameters a and b passed to the function.
The second guy asked a ques about associative arrays. Something like, if you are given a couple of arrays..iterate through them against certain match (dont remember exactly) and generate an associative array based on it. basically, first array would contain a set of all possible 'keys' and second would contain 'values'.
