I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Houston, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
I met Indeed at a campus career fair, and was contacted soon after by telephone if I could do an on campus interview at my University. Here I had to do two 1:1 interviews with basically just straight up technical questions. Afterwards I heard back from them pretty fast to ask if I could go to Houston TX for an on campus interview. They flew me out and payed for a very nice hotel and took the group of us out to dinner and just had a lot of fun. Then the next morning we did a 8-9 hour on campus interview which consisted of breakfast, around 5 1:1 interviews, meeting the founder, A 1 hour coding exercise, and 3 or 4 presentations. Unfortunately this was on the day we had to be leaving since it was monday and we were missing school for this, but if we could have stayed they were having a keg party that night, which I guess they normally do with these interview groups.

Question 1
How would you code this picture of a website in HTML and CSS?
Given a string, you want to write a function that will shorten the length of the string to a given length, but you want to do it so there are no parts of words, unless the string is only one word. Example "Hello World" and the length 8 are given to you. You want to shorten this to "Hello" not "Hello Wo"
