Indeed interview questions

Received email from recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Interview went well, met all qualifications for position. Interviewer was nice and responsive at first. Was told that I would hear back from recruiter by “early next week”. Did not great hear back for two weeks, reached out to recruiter multiple times with no response. Finally received a default rejection email after weeks of anxiety and stress over poor communication during the hiring process. I would have expected better from the company that “prides” itself on helping people find jobs AND is a sister company with Glassdoor. Ultimately a waste of time and extremely stressful.

I heard back from the recruiter very quickly to schedule a phone screen. The recruiter was very kind and responsive. The next round was with the hiring manager, who moved the interview about an hour before it was supposed to happen, and then showed up 10 minutes late to our 30 minute interview at the rescheduled time. I thought this interview went pretty well, but I did not receive an invite to move forward after that shortened interview, so it's a little confusing how this all works. The interviewer also didn't really ask too many questions beyond asking about why I wanted this role.
