Complete waste of time. String you on with various design challenges and panel interviews over a span of 6 months. Where salary expectations were clearly communicated during the initial conversations with the lead recruiter. In the end, received a lowball offer. Stay away.

Question 1
Design take-home challenge to review and update a current design flow
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2022
Interview
Recruiter call -30 minutes, if you move on to the next step you meet with one of the hiring managers and then the last step is with a director of that department. This has been one of the most deflating experiences I have ever been through in my professional career. I have interviewed with Indeed four times and made it to the final round for each interview. They seemed to enjoy me a lot and continued inviting me back to interview for a new position only to pass the role to an internal team member. I'm sure current employees will see this post and chuckle a bit, or assume I'm just not qualified or competent for the role I interviewed for. However, I'm quite self-aware and aware of my skills and limitations, and thoroughly believe I was qualified for at least one of the roles I interviewed for. I've dedicated more than 22 hours to prepare and attend Indeed interviews, from market research to company overviews, and in-depth data assessments. I can accept rejection but to continue reaching out to someone and then rejecting them in the final round four different times can take a toll on an applicant. I wish the best for all future applicants, I wouldn't have continued applying if I didn't believe this company was great and will continue to be great, however, I'm disappointed in the interview process I was put through and how it was handled.
