I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Inditex
Interview
They were interviewing inside my university, so everyone in my class was selected in order to get to know us better, then, the ones that got selected within the first interview, got another one either in the headquarters or online.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Inditex (Amsterdam) in Sep 2022
Interview
1.Interview with store manager
2. Paper to fill in with your personal details, availability and requested holidays
3. Area of interest : cashier, ladies shopfloor, operations, men, kids...
After the interview they called me the same day .
Once I got the job , I received an email which i ahd to fill in with more personal information , BSN , account, tax etc .
The process was quite quick:
- A telephone interview with a consultancy
- Various meetings with a manager to tell you what the project is about and help you with a battery of react questions (some classic and others tricky) that the external developers from Inditex will ask you.
Then on the day of the interview, you literally face two developers with a technical talk in which they don't care about forms or manners and they don't care if you look good.
To the questions they ask you, you have to answer literally what they have written, otherwise it won't be accepted.
If they call you to offer you work on the transport project, you should only accept the interview or the job if you really need it and it is really necessary.
