Interview
I was a part of campus recruitment. After information session and job application, which consisted of submitting a cover letter and resume, I was given an interview (this took about 3 days). The interview was a 2-part process. Part one was a 2 45-min back-to-back interview. It was 45-min case and 45-min behavioral. Rather easy on the case. As long as you're a logical person and take the time to think and analyze the information that's given to you, you'll be fine. Behavioral was pretty standard - challenges, failures, etc. They seem to just want to get to know you beyond your resume and cover letter. Then after 3 weeks, the second part was an interview with a partner of the firm. It was over the phone but I know they also do in-person interviews with partners. Once you're being referred to a partner, you're basically "in," as long as you don't screw up with the partner. It's more like a confirmation process rather than a final decision maker.

Interview
Quick and seamless. was over in almost 3 hours. Waiting time included. Interview panel was friendly, ie the interview seemed more like a discussion about my experiences and how I would handle a particular scenario. Most of it was common sense.
