Infosys Business Analyst interview questions

I had an on-campus interview via my college's career services. I met with two different people. Both asked general questions about my education and career goals, then moved into two case studies. One had to do primarily with image and marketing, and how to minimize a potential black mark against a sport; the other was asking about how I would improve customer service for an online retailer. I never heard back from them, either inviting me for more interviews or turning me down.
