I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Pune) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had applied via LinkedIn and my resume was shortlisted, received an email from one of their HRs. They work remotely, so one might get calls from them from different cities of India.
Then Prescreening happened where the HR touch based on my Domain Knowledge (Capital Markets) and BA knowledge. She quickly scheduled Virtual Video Round for 2 days later as per my availability.
The Two Process Managers/Principle Consultants took my interview, they were really polite and they digged deep into my previous projects, my domain knowledge on capital markets and IB trade lifecycle and little bit on SQL and Power BI. They loved my answers and the interview got extended to 1 hr 5 minutes which was scheduled for 30 minutes.
Then the next day HR called me to schedule my face to face interview at Infosys Campus, Pune. I met the same Process manager there and she was delighted to meet me, no questions asked as she was fine with me in the virtual round. Just ID proof check and a photo snap to confirm my physical presence.
The next day HR called me to submit my Compensation letter from last org, PAN/Passport, Passport size pics and Infosys filled Application form. I did that on the same day.
Now I am waiting for them to roll out the Offer Letter and My candidate profile shows "Decision Pending", the "Review in Progress" was skipped which is a good sign and plus it is a mid senior role that I have applied to.
I have been offered the Position of Senior Associate Consultant which is great for me as I am doing a Career Transition into IT firm from BPO/BPS Industry.
