Infosys Senior Software Engineer interview questions

2 rounds - One for Initial quality analysis - such as communication and another round is for technical round. Technical will happen face to face option. Then HR round on project onboarding

I was interviewed for Java Developer. I had to undergo two technical round and followed by one HR round in Infosys Hyderabad campus. I was selected and told that you will get offer letter in 2 weeks. Again after few days one HR called me negotiate to reduce the package and so and so... And agreed with and said hopefully you will get offer in two days. After few days I got a regret email from Infosys. When I called him and asked for the reason he said that we at Infosys don't process bachelors degree of 3 years . I asked them if that was the case why did you process my profile in the beginning. He did not have answer to that. It was a horrible process being selected and insulted by HR for being a BSc grads and correspondence MCA is not considered. I will simply ask Infosys if it is the case then please don't process 3 year graduation student profile. After processing and commiting to give offer , please dont harash such a way. also please train your HRs how to deal with human being not to insult or judge by their education. Even if it was a hell a lot humiliting experience but I learnt a lot facing such negative people.
