Question 1
Many behavioural questions. Very straight forward and expected for a role in customer service.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intact (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
Applied online, got a preliminary phone interview which lasted 20 minutes with a recruiter, was contacted to come for an interview in person, the whole process took roughly one month and I was sent to training for two weeks. Then there was a 2 weeks training on the job training, an exam of what was covered during the two week training and a certification from the CSR school.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intact in Mar 2015
Interview
Very laid back, comfortable setting. Interview was done over the phone, then in person at the Calgary office. The office is located right downtown, surrounded by awesome venues and restaurants. HR is especially welcoming at Intact Insurance
