It was automated . They had a list of pre recorded questions and we have to respond within 30 sec. Each answer can be 2 min max. It felt less personal but was easy for sure
It started out on a friendly note. We progressed to discussion about specific experiences such as dealing with difficult clients, clients who have just lost a loved family member and how I managed the situation in each scenario
