I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intact (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and straightforward. It began with an initial phone screen with a recruiter who found me on Linkedin, where they provided clear information about the role and expectations. This was followed by a single round of interviews with the hiring manager and project manager. The questions were more focused on my previous experience, problem-solving abilities, and how I approach data analysis. They were more interested in understanding how I think rather than just grilling me on technical questions.
