Intact interview questions

Very laid back & lazy hiring managers. They sent you a pre recorded interview, where u talk to your screen. Additionally they want u to finish ur interview same day when u recieve the link but after that you are just being ghosted for two to three weeks with no offer/response. Apply at this company if you want to waste your time. Interview is a 2 way process from human to human.

Lots of technical questions. 3 rounds of interviews, first is with HR/recruiter, second is with team members, last is with HR and director. Overall a longer process and tougher interview.
