Interview
Received an email roughly 4 weeks after applying for the position to do a simple video interview with pre-recorded questions.
Three weeks later, I received an email to attend a group hiring event and interviewed with about 20 people. The hiring event consisted of group discussions after a brief overview of the position, then two interviews with two different hiring managers with more discussions in between the interviews.
Received a job offer two weeks after.

Interview
I first received an online interview asking me to record myself answering the questions. Then there was a personality test. Followed by that there was a phone call from a HR staff asking my availability for an in-person interview. I went to the office and did a one hour interview with the unit manager with whom I will work and a hiring manager. Within 9 hours I received an offer, given by a call from a HR staff.

Question 1
Tell us a time when you have to manage different deadlines at the same time
Once I applied, I got an email to do the online interview. After the online interview I got an email to do a group interview. There were about 15 people at the group interview and they called each person out to be interviewed by a manager. Met with 2 different managers then it was over. I later got a call of someone going over details and confirming things with me. Once i got the job offer, you have to get your references and such verified by a service then they extend a full offer to you.
