A4A is a waste of time and is a popularity contest for management and co workers. This process deters great candidates and does not allow them to get to a decision faster.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intuit (Bānkura)
Interview
it was an easy interview they asked about bellmann ford algortihm and my projects and some dbms concepts.Bellman-Ford Algorithm: This algorithm is used to find the shortest paths from a source vertex to all other vertices in a weighted graph, even if the graph contains negative weight edges. It's great that they asked about this algorithm, as it's commonly used in network routing and related fields.
Projects: Discussing your projects is a common interview topic. They likely wanted to understand your practical application of your knowledge and how you approach problem-solving. Being able to articulate the challenges you faced, the decisions you made, and the results you achieved can give interviewers insights into your skills and experience.
Database Management System (DBMS) Concepts: Understanding concepts related to database management is crucial in many technical roles. It's likely they wanted to assess your knowledge of database design, querying, normalization, and possibly transaction management. Be prepared to discuss your experience with specific database systems if applicable.
