I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Sep 2023
Interview
Intuit had come on-campus for summer internship recruitments. After OA, shortlisted students had an interview. It consisted of core CS questions (OOP, CN, OS) and solving DSA problems. The interview lasted for about 1 hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about polymorphism, OS concepts such as process synchronization, IPC, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Jan 2023
Interview
Unnecessarily long! Decided to NOT hire me because of my location. The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, KNEW that I was located in a different province and after nailing the interviews, i was given a BOGUS reason as to why they moved with someone else all because the team found out I lived in a different province than Ontario. Absolute waste of my time, for 5 interviews with the least one being an all day interview. Complete disregard for your time. i'd be cautious even interviewing if you value your time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Misguided questions from what the recreuiter told me on how to prepare. Recruiter said to prepare A, I was asked questions on topic B. ZERO communication between hiring manager and HR. Due to my experience, I was still able to pivot very well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I applied for the Tax Associate position and was contacted by a recruiter. We hopped on the phone and he asked me to set up a phone screen. The day of the phone screen I was stood up with no contact from the company. The next day I was given a response and asked to set up a new meeting. After a few weeks of constant calling from the recruiter, I finally set up a new call. TWO HOURS before the call was scheduled, I received an email cancelling the call saying I am not qualified. This was an unprofessional waste of time. I had to take work off for this job interview and cannot make up this due to time wasting by Inuit and their horrible recruiters. Do not waste your time applying. I can't imagine working for this company after this interaction and am happy to be moving on with my job search.
