Interview
Applied online and received a call from the recruiter. Round one was an introduction call with the recruiter. We discussed my work experience, why am i looking for a new role, what interested me in this role etc. Conversation went well. I was told they will review with the hiring manager can call back for the next round if selected. I did not hear back from the recruiter so the process ended there.

Interview
The phone screening is pretty easy and the duration is not long. The required experience level is much higher than the same position in the states. However the compensation package is less attractive than provided in the states. In Canada they require higher standard and more competitive candidates.
