I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Repeated inconsistent communication throughout the interview process. Recruiter stated she would follow-up and days would go by without any response. During the in person interview, the team made me feel unwelcome. It felt more like I was being vetted for some club than for a professional role interfacing with universities to source and hire mid-career professionals.

Recruiter screener, couple interviews more focused on past experience and behavioral questions, an intense case and a panel about the case. Everyone was really nice and the recruiter was great.
