I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview was in three phases.
First phase was an assessment that asked technical tax questions.
Second phase was a short phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview was more conversational above all. The recruiter described the role, the type of person they need to fit this role, and the pay/ benefits.
Third phase was a virtual interview with two Intuit professionals. The virtual interview was short and it involved completing a mock call. In the mock call the interviewer "calls" as the client and you are to answer their questions to the best of your ability using the TurboTax website, IRS publications, or google. The interviewer made three separate "calls" during the mock call, essentially asking three separate questions. The questions required quick critical thinking and decent communication skills but it was relatively easy to answer.
After the three phases of the interview process, the recruiter reached out to me on the same day to let me know that I had got offered the position. The whole interview process took less than a month.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Submitted application online and went through a phone interview with the recruiter and then onto the hiring manager for two phone calls as we weren't able to cover everything in the first one. After the the phone interviews it progressed to a in-person meeting in Mountain View where I presented a mock case study after they presented me a prompt. After the hour long presentation it progressed to 2:1 interviews with folks on the team.
The case study presentation was a lot of work and time which was received well by everyone in the room and in the 2:1 interviews. Still confused as to how the feedback I received was two bullet points that were so generic coming from a company that prides itself on transparency. Could have been addressed in the phone screening portion instead going through the entire interview process and presentation.
