I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (New York, NY)
Interview
I got an email from an Intuit recruiter. She saw me through LinkedIn. We had a 30 minutes phone call and then she transferred my case to another recruiter. The later gave me a phone call and said there might be a technical phone interview in a few days. I waited a few days, but nothing was scheduled. So I sent a follow-up email to ask what happened. Never got a reply. I think it's really not professional. At least should let me know what is going on.

Interview
Very prompt and quick response time. Had initial phone interview, online assessment with difficult tax related questions, then third interview with mock calls from customers (can use turbotax website). Was able to start pretty quickly after application process. Everyone was very courteous and made process seem easier.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online at Intuit.com. A couple of weeks later I received a call that was a brief interview. She said that she was moving me on to the next process and I would have another interview with a different person within a week. The second interview was about an hour long. I was asked a series a tax questions that I had to search for the answer using the IRS website and Turbo Tax. We talked about different tax situations and about the job itself. At the end of the call, I was told that I was moving on to the hiring process and they would be in touch with me in the next few weeks with the next steps. This was in June or July I believe. They stayed in contact with me until the seasonal position started in November.
