Started with a craft demo: please prepare a short presentation (5-10 minutes) on one of the following: a. Who you are – this could be a mix of personal and professional (~5 minutes) b. A challenging problem you encountered in your career and how you solved it (~5 minutes) c. A ‘Lightning Talk’ on a technical area that interests you (~5 minutes) Then had to present a Case Study defining the QE strategy for a given business case

1st step: phone interview with HR 2nd step: phone interview with potential manager 3rd step: all day interview with the team - you present a case study the 1st hour and then each team member interviews you for 30-60 minutes.
