Question 1
How would you implement Single Signon with social networks in WPF. They would have an accordian or a list box on the left, the authentication view on the right
How would you create a factory pattern in c# in such a way that I could just add Concrete classes and not have to modify the scaffolding (the creators).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
The interview process will begin with a screening from HR. the HR reps do not have a clear understanding of what the req entails, so save the detailed questions for the face to face interview. Also be prepared to answer multiple STAR questions (situation, task, action and result). It helps to also know the companies history, fiscal plans, and market value.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked with someone who was not doing their share.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
Phone screen with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and then a 5-hour onsite interview with team. The onsite consisted of a portfolio review, a design exercise, and 1x1 interviews with STAR questions.
Most people were very nice and friendly. The design team was aloof and less so.
Intuit recommended showing breadth during the portfolio review. However people were only interested in design work that they could relate to. My advice would be to ignore the portfolio instructions and only bring design pieces which are relevant to the position.

Question 1
I applied to a Web design opening and got a touchscreen design exercise, which was strange. IMO the exercise was poorly conceived and written as well.
