I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Initial phone screen with a recruiter, learned about the details of the position, what the manager wants, why it's open. 30 minute phone screen with the manager- dug into my background and their expectations, team dynamics. Then an in person interview, meeting with 5 people 1on1 for 45 minutes each. It was great. Not intimidating but they asked the right questions. Told me everything I could want to know about the team, company, likes, dislikes etc.

Question 1
be prepared to discuss specific examples of your past performance. You can't sugarcoat it, they want to know examples, how you handled it, what the outcome was. No right/wrong answers, I think they want to see your approach.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Reno, NV) in Sep 2010
Interview
Phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews. The phone interview was with a manager and an agent that worked within the department. There was an in person 1:1 interview followed by listening in and a panel interview. Hired with 3 weeks notice and a 6 week in depth training course. Very efficient, slow moving through the interview process.
